Topic: RE: I know why my hair came out
Hi, i also lost a lot of hair, my doc says it was because i wasn't getting enough nutrients from the food i was eating and pput me on a vitamin called DS24 which is freely available from pharmacies without prescription. it has helped immensely. it has been 11 months since my surgery and my new hair is growing back beautifully. Good Luck Denise

There are many white men hypnotized by the power of big black bootay! I am one of them, white man, living in Europe! I think that beauty of Hottentone Venus is the essence of femininity! African-american women today represent the revival of this model of beauty! Long live renessaince of african curves! I am a believer, believer in black booty beauty! [email protected]

Hey Ms Butterfly, How are you? I'm good. I had the band placed on April 20th and it was a piece of cake. I've lost 25 pounds following the rules and have not had an adjustment yet. I think its a personnal choice to be made after much research. Its really about what best fits your lifestyle. My daughter had RNY and she is doing great because she has followed the rules. I hang out at three different boards on OH. I hang out at the lapband, Black American and now hopefully the African forum. You can't get too involved in this WLS process. This is only a suggestion, but I would write a pro and con list for both surgeries that you are considering. I would do the list and appy it to my lifestyle. Whichever one fits best, go for it. Both WLS are tools and it is up to you to work them for success. If you don't work 'em, you can easily gain the weight back...and also check out the regrets board. You have to know the cons before making any decision. Best wishes to you and your journey to a healthier lifestyle. Mona
