hey, I am 4 weeks post op and here are my 2 recipes for chicken & fish 1 medium blue fish, fileted and cut into pieces (crossways) sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper, spray with pam olive oil cut up onion (I literally cover mine with onions) Cook in oven at 350 for one hour, keep covered don't turn. um um um Do your chicken the same way, I usually use the wing flings cook a little longer until it breaks away with the fork.
