Glad your here, I myself am awaiting surgery. I have everything ready .Just waiting on them to call with a surgery date. You have alot of wonderful folks here on this board,they have all helped me alot !!

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

Thanks Vickie and I have to agree with you on your post about the folks here!! I hope they call you soon with a date and congratulations on making it this far. When I looked into WLS in 2005, I didn't even get THAT far so that's saying a lot!! Thanks again for the warm wishes!

Hi and welcome to the Alabama board. I am also a Dr. DeWitt patient. I had surgery on October 29, 2007 and I have lost 93 pounds. You will love Dr. DeWitt and his staff. They are the best.

Keep us posted as you continue. Just hang on for a wild ride.

- PRICELESS!! They have totally made this journey a lot more comfortable for me and CONGRATULATIONS are in order for you!!! 93 pounds!! Wow! I can't wait to be on the losing side with all of you ladies!! All of your stories are such an inspiration to me!
