Has anyone tried to donate.  I have.   I made $35 today.  I can earn up to $280 a month.  Thats easy money.  They will pay Brooks tuiton for Lowndes Academy.

Where do they do it and how do they do it? lol

I have done it before my surgery. I have been kind of afraid too since though.

Talecris Plasma Resources Center.  Its a nationwide company.  They have  centers in Tuscaloosa, Huntsville, Montgomery, and Phenix City.  Only ones in Alabama.  You can go 2 X a week and make $70.  Your first visit takes about 2 hours because they have to do a physical and get all sorts of information.

I have a friend that donates in Mobile. She made $35 and the second time it was $55.
I can't donate due to health issues but I know that it sounds like easy money once you get established she said your in and out..

I had a roommate in college who did it all the time to earn money. I have never tried it. I am unable to donare blood to an issue with high platelets as a side effect of an auto-immune disorder. So I guess it would apply to plasma too.

Friday was my 3rd visit as a new donor.  They wouldnt take mine because my blood pressure was to low.  So i got a letter from Dr. Sherer saying my BP was okay.  I didnt need the letter Friday because my BP was up some but not high.  They had made me mad because i had to start all over as a new donor and those 1st visits take over 2 hours.  Next time i will be in and out in less than 1 hour.
