Color IS GOOD!

Yesterday I went to the doctor for my yearly physical.
My blood pressure was high, my cholesterol was high,
I'd gained some weight, and I didn't feel so hot.
My doctor said eating right doesn't have to
be complicated and it would solve my physical
problems. He said just think in colors...
Fill your plate with bright colors... greens,
yellows, reds, etc.

I went right home and ate an
entire bowl of : M&M's

And sure enough, I felt better immediately.
I never knew eating right
could be so easy.

I have had to say this when I put on Coffee One two three four was that three or four and one in case I forgot!!

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

Morning Sweetie. I hope you have a wonderful day today. I'm just going to leave for work soon. I've got to run by WalMart and pick up some sinus med. Got up this morning Thanking God I've got a job(okay, Jobs)I love every thing I do. Sometimes more than others. I've been off this whole week from driving the bus and it's a lot like labor pains, you forget the pain in a hurry. So I'm ready to get back out there in the morning. Hey JuJu I was going to tell ya that you woke my DH up from a sound sleep talking about dem Mountains that is his Favorite place , so favorite that's the only place I get to go on vacation. I am so ready for surgery, But I am being patient this time !!. Gotta meet you to !! I had a ball with everyone at the singing. Debbie and Jimmy can really sing.
