| 4 | Lg. boneless chicken breasts |
| 12 slices | Cheddar cheese |
| 12 slices | Deli ham (very thin sliced) |
| Season salt, pepper to taste | |
| Bisquick |
Cut the chicken breasts into three portions each. Salt and pepper them and roll them in Bisquick. Fry in hot oil, turning frequently, until done. Drain the oil and place a slice of ham, then a slice of cheese on top of each slice. Cover and coo****il cheese melts.
