| 2 eaches | Green pepper, sliced |
| 2 eaches | Tomatoes, quartered |
| 4 eaches | Onions, chopped |
| 4 tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 1 cup | Bean sprout |
| ¼ cup | Butter |
| ½ teaspoon | Sugar |
| ½ teaspoon | Cornstarch |
| 1 each | Garlic, clove minced |
| ¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 tablespoons | Water |
Slice steak thinly in short cross- wise pieces. Heat butter in skillet and add garlic, salt and pepper. Add beef and brown on both sides. Add soy sauce and sugar; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add rinsed sprouts, tomatoes and green peppers; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Dissolve corn starch in water and stir in. Stir until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with onions and serve on rice.
