Whatcha Eating.....Sunday Edition??
Hi everyone! Thought I would post this early before I get ready for church! Here's what I am planning for my day: Breakfast- sausage and pancake with sugar free syrup
Lunch- grilled chicken breast
Dinner- turkey breast and potatoes and field peas
Snack- maybe some almonds and cheese cubes for extra protein

every morning. Sooooo, after the coffee I had 2 FF SF cookies. I'll have a protein shake in a few, then Im going to the barn (5 miles away) and have a late lunch of more homemade veggie soup. (We made 4 gallons, will have it a while, lol) For dinner Im planning on putting some tilapia fillets in the rotisserie and having some steamed squash w/onions. I've got a fresh gallon Kroger brand crystal light in Orange/Strwaberry/Banana flavor that I will take to drink on all day.
I will have some sugar free popscicles over the course of the day and some water. Not the best day but at least I'll get all my protein in today.

Rhonda D. Hey Everyone! I skipped church today. I woke up and had trouble getting warm. I am not getting sick. This happends sometimes and I stay cold all day. Anyway, here is what I have planned for my day: 2 cups cofffee Plain oatmeal w/ calorie countdowm milk Chicken & noodles, green beans w/ almonds and corn 1 more cup of coffee, tea and more tea as the night goes on Dinner: leftovers and maybe sf hot chocolate before bed with calorie countdown milk. I did cook peach dumplins today for my family and yep, I ate one DELICIOUS. I did not get sick but they did not have sugar in them. That sums up my day...What did you eat today?

Hope everyone had a nice weekend. I still have tomorrow to go. New cabinet man is coming over to try and salvage what worker man ruined. Wish us luck!
