I had RNY surgery on Monday and came home Wednesday

 I am home and sip,sip, sipping. I have been walking...gotta be walking a mile when I back to see the doc in two weeks. I'm alittle sore.

I am so gald you are home and doing well. Good luck in everything. I know I couldn't hardly get the water down. I still don't have much luck with the water. I am exercising much more now. I have joined the Marvin ALtman gym and go pretty regualr. So I am doing better with the exercise.  Good luck and let me know if I can help in anyway.
