i could not do more than 7 mins total on the elliptical......I can do over an hour continuous, sometimes I do 4/20 minute sessions depends on how mych I gotta pee from all the water i could not lift more than 10 pounds....depending on the weights and technique I can lift 90 I would not make eye contact with people in public.....now I proudly carry my head high I used to never let people see me in a state of sloppy sweatty hair and no makeup.....now if I am not sweating I am not accomplishing anything.............. it is never too late to get back on track......... have a great day, tabbykat with a new level of self esteem

You are doing such a good job! I wish I had a gym nearby that I could go too! I bought a treadmill a couple years ago and I use it some. I have not exercised much over the past couple weeks. My best friend got married and I was the maid of honor. We were so busy that I kind of pushed exercise to the back burner. Yesterday was such a beautiful day here! My brother and I went out to the track that runs alongside our farm. It used to be the old railroad line but the game and fish commission took the tracks up and made it into a walking trail/nature area! Its really beautiful. When it is finished, it will run for over 100 miles from around Helena down to somewhere in southern Arkansas! Anyway, its beautiful. We went up and walked two miles yesterday! It was the perfect temperature and weather. We are going to walk every day as long as the weather permits. Soon though it will be too HOT to walk on the trail and the mosquitoes will be awful! I guess when that happens I will have to walk inside on the treadmill again! Not looking forward to that too much. I like walking outside where there are more things to look at than the wallpaper in front of me!! LOL! Anyway, congratulations again on your exercise accomplishments! You have inspired me to get moving again! Have a great day!
