Sorry this reply may be too late. Actually had RNY surgery in USA, but had all my plastics in Bangkok as I know live in Singapore.
Which hospital are you looking at? I had my surgery at Bumrungrad which is an excellent international standard hospital in Bangkok.
Don't know anything about lapband surgery I am afraid and so can only vouch for this particular hospital in terms of its standard of care in my experience.

Want to know how to get there:
