I am thinking of doing a lab band surgery. I leave in Uganda, East-Africa and I am originally Indien. Is there anybody out there who has done this operation in India, Dubai or any other place in Africa.I need a place close to home, especially to fill the port when necessary.

I was wondering if any members out there are vegetarians? If so, how have you managed your diet post-op? I'm worried about protein intake. Any tips or advice?
