Hi guys, Well, I started wearing a pedometer in an attempt to make sure I get in at least 10,000 steps a day. I got in 11,000 yesterday with my daily steps, then I took a 4 mile walk last night. I wore hiking shoes because I was walking on the dirt/gravel canal road. But, ended up with a blister the size of a 50 cent piece!!! Ticks me off! Anyway, I still went to the gym this morning and this is what I did: Weights SB Reverse Crunch 3 x 15 Stability Ball Weighted Oblique Crunch 3 x 10 each Stability Ball DB Chest Press 3 x 8 Stability Ball DB Pull Over 3 x 8 SB DB Fly 2 x 10 Lat Pull Down Wide Grip 2 x 10 Cable Biceps Curls 2 x 10 V Grip Cable Triceps Extension 2 x 10 For cardio I did 25 minutes on the treadmill, with my big blister heavily bandaged. What did you do to move your body today? Lori 384/242/168 (I didn't lose any weight this week...I'm really stuck!)

Ouch!!! That sounds painful. I did not do much of anything today rained all day. I did go to walmart and got two of Leslie Sansone DVDs YOU can DO and WALK AWAY the POUNDS Walk and kick version. I havent tried them yet. I will do them when BOB the man aint around, probably tomorrow as he is stuck in the house mostly as it is raining still. He always makes this wierd comments like what are you doing and makes me feel self consious. you know what I mean. I am going to walk on the treadmill some time this evening though he doesnt say anything about that.

Marie, I think you will like Leslie Sansone...she is very cheerful (maybe too cheerful) but, don't let that discourage you! I know tons of folks who use her DVDs! Good for you! I went to the foot doctor yesterday and he drained my giant blister and nearly wrapped up my whole foot so I can still exercise...I hope it heals quickly! Lori

No armbike today, but I did plenty of walking (well, plenty for me, that is!) at the clinic before and after my presurgery class. Seven classes down, three more to go. Not sure yet when my surgery will be scheduled. Good news, at weigh-in tonight, I was down seven more lbs, for a total of 82 lbs lost since I started my pre-surgery diet in early Feb. Kix 530/448
