Gym Is Open (Thursday)

I did not workout today, yet! I went to the foot doctor yesterday and he heavily bandaged my big blister and wants me to baby it for a day or two. I'm hoping to do pilates or something before the day is out...man I miss my endorphins!!! What did you do to move your body today? Lori

I was worried about your big blister -- those things can turn ugly pretty fast, so I'm glad you went to the doc. I did 1.09 miles on the armbike, and will do some walking when I go to my endocrinologist appointment later this afternoon. Kix

Good for you Kix! I couldn't handle it, I went on a 40 minute walk today. My blister is so heavily bandaged, it isn't bothering me at all... Lori

Today i walked 4.25 miles in am. Did a 25 min speed walk at lunch, then put in 45 min lap swimming this evening, just arms, breast stroke one way then back stroke back. Deb

Yeah Shellie. I'm getting inspired to buy myself a push mower. I have a self propelled mower...but, I could get a whole lot more exercise doing it your way.

a one and a half block jog. Jogged to my car while we where at an auction to get my propel. Other than that I did not get nothing done today. Seemed like a busy day though. And you know what I dont know what I did other than go to an auction for a couple of hours. oh well tomorrow will be better I am sure. Oh by the way what are Pilates that is on the cover of my YOU can Do dvd? Yeah I havent had a chance to even view them yet, tomorrow, tomorrow. I promise.

Marie, I think you will enjoy pilates once you get used to it. It looks easier than it is. It really builds your core strength! You are doing so great! Lori
