cardiac clearance OK'D
Seems my heart is in good shape despite the bad old phen fen I took years ago.
Going to Weigh****chers today.
The scales went up 30lbs since two weeks ago this is not normal.
My legs are swelling like crazy.
I have to work the next three days so this morning I put on suporrt hose.
I really think the insulin is making me fatter.
Not grazing as much and working out everyday.
Will go to a doctor if something dosent change soon.
The cardiac doctor looked at my legs he noticed how swollen they were too.
