22 Reasons You Might Be Fat Forever
I am on the eDiets.com mailing list. I haven't participated in their program for a couple of years, but, they continue sending me excellent little articles in my email.
I really thought this was interesting. Even though we have had or are going to have WLS, this stuff can still trip us up!

The decision you make could change your life and your body for good!
Hugs Everybody,

Really good article, Lori, thanks for posting it. I can see so many things I'm working on.
I consider myself a farily intelligent person, but when I think I'm 56 years old and am only just now opening my eyes to some of the things on that list, it makes me feel sad and rather dumb to know how many years I wasted not working things out sooner, even while knowing obesity was taking my health down such a horrible road.
Much appreciated post!! THANKS!
Myra
