Weigh****chers

I am all signed up for 10 weeks. Got books and the coolest calculator for points. Im checking out all the points on food I have in the house sooo cool. Its been 30 years since I had anything to do with weigh****chers and it sure has changed. I went during my lunch time only to find a room full of people. This was encouraging. It all makes so much sense and looks like something I can use after surgery sorta like a life plan. Annie BTW the scales go up to 600lbs I made a point to ask

Good for you!!!!! This is awesome!! What a giant step in the right direction!!! I am happy they have the bigger scales where you're going... Isn't it amazing when you start reading labels and you think.. "WOW I ATE THAT?" when you see you can have a whole plate of healthy food and still have lower fat and calories than eating one fast burger.
