My WLS Surgical Center has asked me to be in a commercial.

Wow, feels so weird. I know I've lost 143 lbs, but, I still have at least 43 to go to get under 200 lbs and they still want me! I think I will do it. Because, I don't look svelte and perfect, but, when you start out as super morbidly obese, you don't turn out that way, so I will be real. What do you guys think? Lori 384/242/168

Thanks Jamie. I have a guy that is going to take my picture again for me on my 1 year surgiversary which is May 23, then I'll update my profile. I've still been shaping up even though the lbs lost has slowed waaaay down. Thanks for the encouragement! Lori

Hi Lori I think it would be a wonderful idea for you to be in a commercial. My husband was on a TV show and won 500.00 dollars--he looks back on it as his 15 minutes of fame. I think everyone should have 15 minutes of fame you are certainly due it. Mary

You have to do it!! You are so devoted and dedicated and you've come so far. You are absolutely the perfect choice for a commercial. They should put you in the OH Magazine too.

Hey Lori, Girl I cant think of anyone better to be in a commercial than you... Come on now, its been a hard road and now its time for a lil fame.
