Please help!!!!

HAppy Monday to my oh family. I need some help and i don't even know what to do . My pcp is dragging his heels so bad first of all i have been waiting for him to write my letter i need for the insurance company i have finished all my tests and everything i need to submitt to my insurance except my letter from him i called his office today and he is only in on fridays but i was there at his office this friday and he was not there. I am so upset because he is the one that referred me to have the surgery now he is holding me up and have an option af changing my insurance on may 31 st but i am not sure what to do about that either should i stay with an insurance that might approve me or should i start all over with an insurance tha i know approves people all the time. I am so confused . I am thinking that i should write up my own letter and just have him sign it. but i don't even know how to put a letter into words . PLease helpi really need it. Leslie
