Missed the Monday post ... but haven't had a good three days anyway. Back is giving me fits right now, and it's hard to know just how much to go on and do, and hard to make myself do anything because it hurts. Same old loop. So I've made up my mind that tomorrow I'm going back to my PT routine and if it makes me hurt more ... well ... that's why I'm doing it at PT instead of a gym. Myra
