Gym Is Open (Wednesday)
Sorry for the late post...crazy busy day for me.
I did a 3 mile walk last night.
This morning at the gym I did:
SB Reverse Crunch 3 x 15
Stability Ball Weighted Oblique Crunch 3 x 10 each
Stability Ball DB Chest Press 3 x 8
Stability Ball DB Pull Over 3 x 8
SB DB Fly 2 x 10
Lat Pull Down Wide Grip 2 x 10
Cable Biceps Curls 2 x 10
V Grip Cable Triceps Extension 2 x 10
For cardio I did 25 minutes on the treadmill. I'm going to try and fit in an evening walk.

Tonight was week 8 of my 10 week pre-surgery classes. I decided to leave the wheelchair at home since I can walk short distances, so rather than take the accessible van service, I was able to ride in the back seat of our car. Showing up in the car without the wheelchair really made quite an entrance -- all my classmates and my teacher were very excited that I could walk and not need the wheelchair. I enjoyed getting all the supportive comments!
Oh, in addition to my walking around at the clinic, I also did 1.03 miles on the armbike. My carpal tunnel is bothering me a bit this evening, so I'll wear my wrist brace tonight. It should feel better by tomorrow.

I am afraid I did nothing today.
I fell out of my chair at work today and landed square on my tail bone. LOL! It hurts but I had the whole office rolling in the ilses.
On top of that I was wearing a differant pair of shoes today, and they hurt all day, it felt like I had a rock in the toe of the shoe.. I get home tonight and I have a HUGE blister under the middle toe. Ouch!
Between my toe and tail I do not know which hurts worst, but I have quite a tail to tell.
