It's in the mid 80s today, with no hope of anything cooler heading our way for at least a week. I did my mile on the armbike, and decided I wanted to do a bit of walking outside. I took the guest dog out with me, since she is supposed to be getting exercise, too. Turns out I was the only one getting exercise -- she rested in the cool shade while I walked up and down the driveway. (Smart dog!). I did two sets of walking up and down the driveway, and then decided I'd done enough today. I hope to start exercising at the warm water therapy pool before too long. Kix

Sounds great Kix! I love exercising in water...I don't do it too often just because it doesn't fit my schedule as well. But, it sure is easier on the joints! Lori

Hi Lori, ~11:00 am 30 minutes on the gazelle ~3:00pm mowed the big back yard with the push mower ~8:00 pm 35 minutes on the gazelle Diana
