Gym Is Open (Friday,Saturday and Sunday)
OK, I now I was missing yesterday. I had an out of town seminar. I didn't get any exercise in yesterday. Today, I pulled weeds for 2 hours, I'm now cleaning house and I'm going to do a 4 mile walk this evening when it cools down. Tomorrow, I am supposed to broadcast my radio show live from the Living Traditions Festival in downtown Salt Lake City. It will be fun, but, I guess I'll need to get up and go walking early!
What did you do to move your body this weekend?

I've decided to have the weekend to myself but I went on Friday and did 42 mins on the treadmill and 10 mins on the bike. My NUT said absolutely NO weights until I see the surgeon on July 11th. She said do not lift anything. My stomach and side had been giving me trouble and she said to watch out for hernia's and take it easy only do cardio. So, that ended my plan of cardio one day and strength training the next, looks like it's all cardio from now on.
I am proud of myself though, I feel great when I leave the gym. I'm down from 290 to 253. I don't count the 7lbs I lost before surgery. I keep wondering what I'll look like in a few months and how much I'll lose, this is a crazy process. It's exciting, frustrating, and eye opening.
I'll be back in the gym on Monday and posting my workout. HAVE A GREAT WORKOUT EVERYONE!!! Keep moving and drinking!!!
