Hi Lori! It's funny you mention the pedometer, because as a requirement I must take two phys. ed. courses, so this semester i am taking a "walkercize" class and tonight was my forst class. I walked 1 mile in 15:27 minutes, and we were told as a part of the class we have to buy a pedometer and walk at least 7 miles every week! So I guess I just upped my exercise!!LOL, I don't have any excuses now, if I want to pass this class, i better get walking! Karyn
