COME ON NOW, MONDAY WEIGH IN!
Hello and happy Monday to all,
I figured I would go ahead and post a lil early for the weigh in's so the night owls could get there chance to see this also. I will weigh in the morning and post mine. You remember how it goes....

Happy Monday to all....
I have hit a bump in the road I guess and will have to totally rethink my eatting pattern and all. I have been doing very well I think but think its the exercise deal mainly. I havent been moving as much as usual. I know the protein and water deal is ok... I started kicking that up a while back and am able to eat more now than used to. And forcing myself to eat stuff I dont even want lol.. So guess ill have to jack up the moving more and see what happens this week.Were is Richard Simmons when ya need him lol. At least didnt gain. Just stayed the same...Ugh!!! See, need to let others know it happens....

I get weighed every Wednesday at pre-surgery class, so my Monday reports are based on the previous Wednesday's weight.
Starting weight: 530 lb
(Pre-op, so no surgery weight yet)
Wed 5/10 weight: 448
Wed 5/17 weight: 446
I did weigh at home today, and I still weigh 446. I hope my scale is off, if it's not and I don't lose any weight by Wednesday, this will be my first week without any weight loss.
On the positive side, my doctor gave her OK for me to start exercising at the warm water therapy pool, so now I have to get all the paperwork together. I'll keep doing my mile of armbike, but I need something to exercise my legs, so I'm hoping pool walking or other pool activity will do the trick.
