Gym is Open (Monday)
I'm taking a break from household tasks (floor mopping, ptui!), so I thought I'd pick the lock on Lori's gym door today!
Monday is chore day, plus today is my biweekly fill for my big oxygen tank, so I had to get up extra early this morning. I vacuumed the living room, kitchen, hallway, bedrooms, and foyer; dusted the living room, cleaned the bathroom, and am in the process of mopping the floor. Whew! No wonder I'm tired and it isn't even lunchtime.
I haven't done my armbike yet, but I plan to later.
What are you doing to move your body today?

Here is what I did at the gym this morning:
Stability Ball Crunch w/weight
S Ball Knee Bend
S Ball Bridge
S Ball Bridge Curl-In
S Ball Oblique Twist
S Ball Elbow Raise
S Ball Pect. Fly w/ring
S Ball Pullover
S Ball Squat
Stability Disk Bicep Curl
Stability Disk Upright Row
Tricep Dips
Leg Curl Machine
For cardio, I did 25 minutes on the treadmill.
My ortho doc for my knees told me to give up jazzercise....so, I will. I love my classmates and teachers though. That is why I've hung in there, even though it has been giving me pain.
