Marlena, I wasn't going to say anything and just past this ridiculous intake just so close past your Surgery. Have you've already succeeded in reaching your goal?

I was wondering what was ridiculous about it?? the ice cream is 55cals and 2 carbs the milk you don't need 1/4 of a cup my mistake, but about a tablespoon something for extra liquid and the peanut butter is 2.5 carbs. so I was wondering way you thought this is ridiculous???? its a total of 200cals and 7.5 carbs?????

Micheal Have you tired any of the protein shakes?? I have tired them all.....and 50% or more required you mix them with DAIRY! So how do you think I'm INDUGING by drinking my protein? and there is Carbs in everything you eat expect meat and you can NOT eat enough food and get your protein. I thought that way about my diet before surgery BELIEVE me but you will see when you have the surgery it is ALOT harder then you think in your head right now You can talk to Wilby about that her email is [email protected]. I don't mean to sound so hateful but your post kinda rubbed me the wrong way sorry.

I am afraid to use ice cream, even low carb. But, low fat cheeses and non fat or low fat milk are a part of my list, from the doctor. Why is Dairy something to avoid? Where do you get sugar free Peanut butter?
