Hello Everyone....................!!!! 1 year ago yesterday.........400 plus pounds. Today, size 18 pants, 14/16 top. -192 pounds. I just can't believe this is really me. Ohhhh Carmella, You are sooo beautiful...you can really see a difference that a year makes in the life of a fellow SMO. It's not just the loss of the weight, but it's the renewed sparkle in the eye..the confidence to shine! I can tell that by looking at your picture trail. Can you believe that it has been 6 months for me now!!! I just want it to be 6 months from now...and just see and feel the difference. I am so proud of you..keep up the good work..I miss the old gang around here...glad you haven't forgot us because we could never forget you! Hugs
