Summer Dessert - legal for us

I went to a family dinner the other night and the hostess served this pie ... it was amazing! So Good!!! Completely legal for us and your family will like it too. (If you have the recipe forgive the duplication, but I thought I'd pass it along): Lemon Pie 1 large box of SFFF vanilla instant pudding mix (or 1.5 small boxes) 2 and 1/3 cup skim (or soy) milk 8 oz tub of SF cool whip 1 tub of Crystal Light lemonade Your choice of graham cracker crust or frozen pie crust ** Mix ingredients and pour into pie shell. Refrigerate. So Simple!! **In reading the labels, I found the frozen pie crust counts to be better for us than the graham cracker, but but not overly so, and because you're really not going to able to eat huge amounts at one time anyway either would work I'm usually not much for desserts, which has been lucky for me, but this was a really light, refreshing taste, not too heavy or too creamy. Myra...Yummiiee!! I like that tangy citrus flavor and have been missing it. I'll give this one a try. I bet I could sneak it passed my dad too, he is a true lemon pie nut!
