Morning Marie As far as music goes will you be having a reception? If so you may want to look into hiring a dj for a few hours to help with that, if t is a smaller intamae affair you can go to a bridal shop they usually have wedding cds with a variety of songs on them. Also have you thought about a photographer or a videographer? As far as the table cloths go for the tables , it really kinda depends on what the tables look like. If they are nice enought to stand alone, then leave them with out. At least try and have one on you guys table. Ummmm will, you have any one catering the food for you? And most importantly have you ordered a weding cake? I hope that this helps you some. Kwheen

Marie you sound so happy and I'm so happy for you!! I think sometimes you can buy wedding music cd's, I know we got one for my sister at Party City. She had her wedding in my parents backyard so it was very casual and I got most of her things at Party City. I made chicken wings, sweet and sour meatballs (BBQ sauce and grape jelly they melt into each other and make a very tastey sauce and just put the meatballs in and let warm up), tiny sandwiches, cheese platter, lunch meat platter, fruits and veggies platter. We had soda (we have alcoholics in our family so I didn't do alcohol) I'm trying to think of what else I served, I know we had cake too..just little things like the mints and nuts you mentioned. OH yea we went to Sam's Club and got these amazing pinwheel sandwiches that's what it was. They come in like a log and are already sliced you just thaw them out..yummiiee. I think they have ham and turky but they are good. In my family weddings have always been low key and I've never been part of a big church wedding but once and I have no idea what was involved so my ideas are the do it yourself kind. I like it that way because you get what you want without all the fuss and aggravation of a huge wedding. My friends sister just got married and they spent over 20,000.00!! My jaw just dropped..I was like for ONE day??!! I swear we spent 60 bucks and I doubt they'll be any happier than my husband and I are ...I just can't see spending that much on a wedding...but that's just me. I wish nothing but good things for you and your future husband!! I'm so excited for you!! Be sure to take plenty of pictures so we can see your big day. GREAT BIG HUGS, Jamie

Hi Marie! How are you? Sounds like you are very busy and very excited! Congrats girl! I just wanted to tell you some things that might be helpful, I just bought my daughter a CD for bedtime actually, but it was a wedding CD, I got it at WalMART! And it was under $10, they had a few different ones, just look under the various artist section. Also, the time of day that you have the wedding is very important to the rest of the details. If you dont want to have a big meal, and just refreshments, it should be around 2pm, otherwise if it is later people will expect to eat. Also you could have guests bring a dish to pass, then you wont have to worry about it. If you need to ask anything feel free to email me, it feels like just yesterday I was going nuts planning my wedding. Good luck! Karyn
