Gym Is Open (Memorial Day Weekend)
So, it is Monday already. I've had quite a weekend doing some fun stuff and catching up on chores. I kept putting off getting on the computer until I accomplished certain things...so I never made it on.
I hope you all have had a good holiday weekend. I got in a whole lot of exercise. On Friday night, I walked 3.3 miles. On Saturday, I worked with my trainer for 1.5 hours. She gave me a bunch of new core workout stuff. It was raining all day, so I went back to the gym in the evening and walked for an hour on the treadmill, to get in my 10,000 steps for the day. On Sunday, I went to a 2 hour yoga class...oh my god was it hard!!!! Everything hurt! I will go back. It is only taught on Sundays so I won't be able to go for a month because of my radio show and upcoming vacation, but, I will try to do it a couple of times a month.
Now, I'm headed to the gym to do the workout I learned on Saturday.

Hi Lori,
On my way to the gym to I feel so much better sice I got that fluid off.
I could hardly get in and out of my car my legs wore that swollen I dont know how I worked that weekend but I did.
Ive already mopped the floor and going to do more cleaning when I get home.
This week I earned my activity points tracker the more I move the more optinal food points I get.
Also have been planting around our goldfish pond we are both creating a oasis in our yard.

The gym was open on Sat. but I didn't go. I ran around town with hubby and the kiddos. I cleaned yesterday and today the gym is closed for Memorial Day so I'll be going tomorrow. I hope I'm jazzed and ready for a good workout. My husband has to work today downtown Waikiki for a Memorial Day ceremony so my neighbor and I are headed to the beach!!
