Well I had another good week lost 6lbs this makes 25 pounds in two weeks. I am really enjoying WW love the meetings and meeting new people it is so easy to follow and had a WOW moment grocery shopping I relized I could have a whole can of soup. LOL So June 9th when I go back into the WLS I will have cold hard proof of my weight loss and I expect a date then. I am thinking after surgery and when I am healed up I could follow this plan the rest of my life. I also am walking faster on the treadmill and a steeper incline able to get my heart rate up and hold it up longer. I really am feeling great and eatting better it makes a big difference. Also WW gave me a activity tracker so the more activity I do I can earn food points dont have to use them but it is a good motivatinal tool for me. My mom asked if I was still going to have the surgery and right now I am still heading that way. Annie

Hey Annie, That is awesome weight loss!! My oldest daughter goes to WW in Mississippi and she loves it. Alot of nice people there she says with the same issues as her. Just think, soon you will be moving on to the losers bench. Who Hoo!! Hugs Marge

Hi Marge, I met this lady at the meeting and she said WW sure has changed no more green beans and tuna anymore LOL I was checking your site out and your starting weight is the weight I started WW at. I will keep the board posted as I get closer. I am so glad my doc took me off the insulin I feel like a brand new person. Annie

Annie, I think it is so great you are taking off your pre-surgery weight with ww. Hopefully, you will have totally ingrained the healthy eating habits as you will need them after your surgery too, for the rest of your life! Lori
