Long timers...
Hey Tooter, it's been a long time. Like the new pic.
Yes I have stuck to any one thing for more than ten days..the exercise and less carbs. That was in April. May, I did kinda jump around. Yes, this is a weight years ago I was at for a while. I do drink over 70 oz of water, atleast for the last 5-6 wks. However at times I do think I retain water. I have not measured, but I did think about it recently and though I did not lose weight in April, I went down 2 sizes. As well as now my pants are loose on me, so I had to have lost more inches. I had so much weight to lose, that I didn't measure, and really didn't want to start till I got under 200 lbs. But I'm kinda curious now, since my pants are big on me now. I kinda remember what my waist size was before surgery. Somewhere I have other measurements written down. Another friend of mine just told me the same thing to stick with something longer, so I am gonna take ya'lls suggestions. My sodium intake varies. Thanks a lot!
