Gym Is Open (Thursday)

Hi everybody! Last night, I walked for 75 minutes, I got in about 3.6 miles, so you know I wasn't too fast. But, my joints were aching.... This morning, I went to the gym and here is what I did: Cardio: Treadmill 35 minutes (5 min @ 3.0 mph 0%, 30 min @ 3.5 mph random elevations) Weights SB Table Top 3 x 60 sec Machine Back Extension 3 x 10 SB Wall Squat 3 x 8 Machine Leg Curls 2 x 10 Machine Leg Extension 2 x 10 Stability Ball Single Leg DB Shoulder Press 2 x 10 Machine Calf Raise 2 x 15 What did you do to move your body today? Sounds like you are doing great Sandra! I know what you mean about fitting in the machines. It is a great, great feeling!

Sandra, I had the exact same reaction the first time I fit in an airline seat and didn't have use a seatbelt extender. I wanted to stand up and shout out "I Fit!". But, I didn't think the rest of the plane would appreciate it! Lori

I'm in this morning! I did: 2 miles at 3.0 on the treadmill machine leg press: 3 x 15 machine leg extension: 2 x 10 machine leg curls: 2 x 10 standing calf raises 2 x 12 ab machine: 2 x 20 And boy was I achy and sore afterwards! Karen

Hi Lori, I walked two miles at the park today. I will try to do some pilates tonight. My uper back and shoulders are acking today as I have been painting the living room ceiling (half done) I am going to fini**** tomorrow. love marie

Marie, Painting ceilings are the worst! I need to paint mine as it has been repaired and looks it, now it needs painted...but, it has been this way for 5 years...maybe I'll actually do it now that I can move again! Take care and keep up the great work! Lori

Hi Sandra, I am glad I could help. Thank you so much. It is so hard right now. I only lost one pound each month the last two months. I have to really watch what I eat now. If I am bad it shows up the next morning on the scale. I am so scared I am going to gain my weight back. If I could go back and change something I would have exercised a lot more during my honeymoon phase. You are doing awesome too. Thanks again for the sweet compliment. (((hugs))) Diana 379/173/?
