Hi Everyone, I read about a free protein sample in a magazine I got from a health food store. It's just a single serving sample, but still... free. The web site is www.naturesplus.com At the bottom, you should see a link for "Spiru-Tein samples" which will take you to the form to fill out. They have a wide variety of flavors. By the way, the promotional code they ask for on the form is 3957. Take Care, Tanja

Thanks for the information. I will request it shortly. I hear it takes alot of sampling to find which proteins you like best.

Hi, Yes, it does take a lot of sampling to find something you like and can use. But it's also kind of difficult shopping for protein supplements before surgery because your tastes seem to change so much after surgery - at least mine did. So what I liked before surgery didn't really taste good to me afterwards; however, now that I am a year out, the protein supplements (and other foods, as well) that I tried in the very beginning taste good to me again. It's really kind of a process and everybody's tastes are different so I figure if you can get samples, you might as well try them. Tanja

Hi Tanya, I just wanted to pop in here and wish you a belated happy surgeversary! Ruth assured me that surgeversary was an actual word! You seem to be doing terrific and have worked your tool to the max! Thanks for the heads-up on the free sample..my favorite 4 -letter word..FREE HugsGinger

Hey Ginger, Thanks for the greetings! If Ruth says it's a word, then it's a word - LOL! She knows a lot! I love FREE things too, and if it's protein or something we can use, I will definitely share the information. Take Care, Tanja
