I haven't exercised much the past couple of days because my cellulitis is flaring up again, but I quit feeling sorry for myself today and did a mile on the armbike. What did you do to move your body today? Kix

Hi Kix, Glad to see you are posting for Lori. It sure makes it hard to exercise when you hurt so much. I am proud to report that instead of joining a gym..I joined a walking group at the local mall. The best part is it is air-conditioned and there are benches to rest on everywhere. I walked for about 45 minutes..chatting along the way. I quit earlier than the others..but I did it! hugs, Ginger

Hi, Ginger: When my mobility improves, I hope to join a mall walking group. I saw on the weather report this morning that temps down your way are around 110 degrees, so I am glad you aren't walking outside for 45 minutes! 110 degrees + Kix = This bout of cellulitis isn't as painful as past bouts, so I'm pretty lucky there. I just get depressed because I hate getting it every time I try to increase my physical activity. My PCP says I will probably battle it off and on until I lose some more weight and can get some of the skin removed from my thighs. Lucky me! Kix

Hi Kix and Ginger, I'm on my way to Curves. plus earlier I went on a walk and did 4 flights of stairs. I'm pre op and doing an all liquid protein day today, just see if I can do it. So far, so good. I got some of the Protein Delight Chocolate and Almond Coconut which is good together and had a Isopure earlier, the clear already mixed up kind. It was drinkable. Julie
