Wow Moment

I am officially 7 weeks out today and down 50 pounds. That in itself was kind of a "Wow" for me. Yesterday, when I weighed and saw 50 pounds gone, I went to my jewelry box and got out my charm bracelet. I love this bracelet and havent been able to get it on my fat wrist for well over a year. Well, it just slid right on and I wore it so proudly all day yesterday (and today!).

Lisa, THAT IS FANTASTIC!!! Funny, just a few seconds ago, I read your response to another thread (the cooking one) and noticed your 50 lb weight loss and that you just had your surgery a few weeks ago. I'm so happy for you. I want to be 7 weeks out! Or even two weeks out, over the scary part. I can't wait. I'm doing really good though, exercising and dieting my little heart out. Or actually my liver.
