If you need a little sweet taste ...

I'm probably not telling you all anything not already known, but I've been meaning to post the label info on this for a while ... because, if you like the taste, it's a great little "sweet fix" that doesn't cost much in terms of calories, fats and carbs. Some people, however, don't care for the taste. Musselman's Apple Butter Serving size 1 Tsp Calories 30 Fat Cal 0 Total Fat 0 Sat Fat 0 Cholesterol 0 Sodium 0 Total carb 8g Fiber 0 Sugars 6g Protein 0 I heat a piece of Holland Rusk (a great low-fat, low-carb bread-like wafer - you should try that too), spray some "I-Can't-Believe-Etc" on it, add a tsp of Apple Butter, and it's w-o-n-d-e-r-f-u-l! I'm sure there are other serving ideas others might suggest. It's just a great way to have a "sweet" without blowing it. Be aware, though, that all apple butter spreads aren't the same, and, so far, I've found the Musselman brand to be the only one with the good counts like this (especially in the sugars). Myra G
