GYM IS OPEN! (MONDAY)

Happy Monday, everyone! It's already the second week in June, time sure does fly! The gym is open, and I've done my usual mile on the armbike. Today is chore day, so I will spend part of the day doing icky things like vacuuming the carpets, mopping the floors, and dusting. Ugh. I guess I shouldn't complain, at least I'm able to do some of these things now, and I was physically unable to last year. What did you do to move your body today? Kix

2 miles on the treadmill 2 x 10 bicep curls 2 x 12 on the pec deck 2 X 20 on the seated row 2 x 12 on the lat pull down 2 x 10 wrist curls and I've got in 75 ozs of water so far today.... Working my tool...

30 min on the bike 10 min on the precore and treadmill for 20 min.

Monday at the gym did: 30 mins on the Eliptical machine (what a killer) and 20 mins on the bike. Tuesday did: 20 mins on the Eliptical and 10 mins on the bike and then did weights 4 sets of 7 on the thigh, butt, and leg machines. I only did one arm machine and I did 3 sets of 7 on it. I'm really not supposed to be lifting weights yet so I'm starting slowly with small weight and small reps. HAVE A GREAT WORKOUT!! Hugs, Jamie
