Sore Butt! HELP!!!
Hi all. In the last week I have gone from slight discomfort from sitting to all out PAIN. My boss, who had her surgery 2 years ago, went through the same thing. She thinks it's because we are losing padding
, but are still so heavy there is a lot of pressure on our tailbones.
Anyway, I have tried sitting on a pillow but that didnt help. I am considering a donut, but I hate to have to use one at work where I am bringing client's into my office all the time. Has anyone else gone through this and found a solution????
HELP!!!!!

Yes even just after my first 50 pound lost my butt bone hurts and I need to get up and move or go lay down. And I'm still on Stay at home caring due to my set-back so laying down is my only option. And I'm starting to go stir crazy. But good news from the home care nurse today saying my wound is finally closing in on its self. Wooopie!
So maybe it's another action of our body in weight loss telling us to get up and move our tushes.
LOL. Just remember if you get a dounut to sit on, it's not one of those creamy filled ones. It'll be kind of messy. ROFLLLLLL! I just had to say it. LOL!!
Lisa I am SOOO glad you posted this. I have been complaining to anyone who'll listen about my sore buns. It started out above the crack of my bottom and now it's moved into the cheeks. It hurts really bad after I get off the exercise bike and also when I'm sitting in bed or the computer chair. My husband says it's because I'm losing weight back there..who knows. All I do know is that it HURTS!! I make hubby rub it..
I guess like so many other things we'll just have to bear with it until it's over.
Hugs,
Jamie
My suggestion is to make sure you sit real tall in your chair. The heavier we are the further, or is it farther forward we sit in our chair. If we don't adjust that as we get smaller we don't sit square on our bottoms. I always notice a difference when I forget to scoot all the way back in my chair. Good luck, Loris 344/202/135 @5'2"
