Hello all...I am in need of some helpful tips for getting out of this stall with my weight loss. I get all my protein in and try to stay between 900-1100 calories daily. I walk and do other exercises. So please enlighten me with your or any suggestions for this kink in my weight loss... I need to pop it into over drive....Thanks Susan

Susan, I know this sounds weird, but, I think you need to up your calories to between 1200 and 1500 a day. Sounds like your body is not getting enough. Do you have a nutritionist you can talk too? I think that is what she will tell you too. Good luck! Lori

Thanks Susan! I'm feeling great too! Yes, it is so weird to think about having to eat more calories to lose weight, but, it is real! Your body is in starvation and conservation mode. Good luck! Lori
