Gym Is Open (Tuesday)
Hi Guys! Hope you are all having a nice day. Here is what I did at the gym this morning:
For cardio, I did 30 minutes on the treadmill
SB Reverse Crunch 3 x 15
Stability Ball Weighted Oblique Crunch 3 x 10 each
Stability Ball DB Chest Press 3 x 8
Stability Ball DB Pull Over 3 x 8
SB DB Fly 2 x 10
Lat Pull Down Wide Grip 2 x 10
Cable Biceps Curls 2 x 10
V Grip Cable Triceps Extension 2 x 10
I will walk again tonight.

Hey Lori,
I went to the gym early again today...here's what I did:
35 mins on bike, 10 mins on elliptical.
I did 3 sets of 15 on all my legs weights and the chest machine. I didn't do abs today it was hurting yesterday.
I came home and did some leg lifts, and butt exercises and then some stretching. I'm thinking if I have it in me tonight to maybe break out that workout tape I keep talking about.
