Gym Is Open (Monday)
I was in a big rush so I only had time to do 15 minutes on the treadmill, then I did my new strength training routine that my trainer gave me on Saturday. It is heavy on the arms and abs. I was up 1.5 lbs this morning, so I'd better take a very long walk tonight and crack down on myself...I still really want to lose 38 lbs!!!!

I didn't do much. I did 15 on the treadmill and my weights.
I talked to my PCP today and told her that I'm really worn out and tired feeling alot lately. She said I may be burning off more than I'm consuming. I'm still not getting in even close to 800 a calories a day. I don't know how people do it. I just DO NOT want to eat. She said if I don't eat well or I feel tired do not go to the gym. I said but I have all this flabby skin and I want to work on it...no dice. I see my surgeon on July 11th and I haven't seen him since I was 2 weeks out so hopefully he'll have some advice.

I guess you have to think of eating as taking medicine. I know this will go away. I was like this, but, now I want to eat all the time and feel I have to sit on myself. You have to get up to 1200 calories a day somehow. When you eat so little, you are permanently slowing your metabolism. You don't want that. Maybe you should just walk for your exercise until you can eat more???
