Gym Is Open (Tuesday)
I had a great workout this morning. I'm still pretty sore from my meeting with my trainer on Saturday...she really worked my abs.
I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, then 30 minutes lower body work:
hip abduction
back extensions
leg press
leg curl up
reverse crunches
I've got an outdoor concert tonight, John Hiatt and the North Mississippi Allstars, so we will see if I make it to the gym tomorrow.

I've snapped out of my grumpy mood -- it wasn't PMS, so I have no explanation. I guess every once in a while, a person just needs to be grumpy.
I have a class today over at my HMO, so I'll be doing short walks at the clinic while I wait for class to begin. (I use accessible transport, and they have to allow an hour for me to get to my destination even though I only live 1.5 miles away!)
I'll do my armbike when I get home.
Both John Hiatt and the North MS Allstars get a lot of airplay on the radio station I listen to here in ****CUV 102.5). I listen to the radio while I do my armbike exercises and so I hear them almost every day. Good stuff, especially John Hiatt. Enjoy the show!
