Gym Is Open (Thursday)
Hi guys,
Hope you are having a nice day. I have a reason to vent and I will do that in another post, but, here is what I did at the gym this morning.
I did 30 mins on the treadmill for cardio
For strength training:
SB Reverse Crunch 3 x 15
Stability Ball Weighted Oblique Crunch 3 x 10 each
Stability Ball DB Chest Press 3 x 8
Stability Ball DB Pull Over 3 x 8
SB DB Fly 2 x 10
Lat Pull Down Wide Grip 2 x 10
Cable Biceps Curls 2 x 10
V Grip Cable Triceps Extension 2 x 10

OK, Lori, the heat is starting to crank up over here! Did you send your blazing hot Utah weather over the Slope?
I'm getting ready to do my mile on the armbike. It will be harder today because my sister is working from home and this means I can't crank up the music as loud as I like it while I'm pedaling away.
No walking today.

Hi Lori, I'm trying my best not to feel like a big lazy behind. I'm taking the night off. I was out ALL day from 9 til 3:45 shopping. I am Worn slap out. On the other hand school shopping is done! I did it in two days..they are good to go with clothes and supplies!!
Maybe tomorrow I'll have some more energy and I'll make up for tonight.

Hey Lori, I have been painting moms house for the last two weeks.
I had to break down and do some actual EXERCISING yesterday and today I dusted off the old Cardio Glide, I don't know if anyong knows what it is. There were kinda popular years ago. I see lots of them now but it's usually on neighborhood cleean up week, you know in the "pile".
Well anyway I gave it a go. And it was just as painful as I remembered... HA HA
But it got my heart rate going.
