Thank you for your support and pray for me

OK, my surgery is in 5 days. I just downloaded a medical power of attorney form and completed it, just need to get it notarized tomorrow. As I get closer to the day, I've found myself letting people know what they mean to me (not morbid just realist). This led me to the OH family. I can't find the words to describe what this board has meant to me. I'm by nature a private person when it comes to real feelings and emotions. Although I have not posted much, I lurk daily. I've learned so much and felt so much support from OH family that it has made it possible for me to go into surgery with a clear conscious and fully aware of what my life will be like afterwards. My natural family has not been very supportive but my spiritual family and my OH family has been super! I can't find the words to say thank you. I know this is early but when I leave work, I will not be bac****il 8/16 and my computer at home is super slow so I probably won't be back to the boards much between now and Wednesday. Please say a prayer for me, my surgery is @9:30 a.m. on 7/5 at DePaul Health Center in St. Louis, MO. I believe that God has given the stamp of approval on the surgery so I know I'll be fine but I do thank each and every one of you for your prayers and support. Lurnia

I'm so happy for you I will be saying some specail prayers for you and hope you will post how you are doing as soon as you can. You'll be getting the best Independence Day gift, I think. Lots of Hugs.
