Jamie, I do think it is important and motivating to keep a gym log. I keep my exercise record in fitday and I have another notebook for the exercises and weights. I think you are doing great! Lori

I went to the pool (outdoors) and swam half a mile, alternating breast stroke with backstroke (legs together to work the thighs). Then I did 250 crunches, 200 arm exercises (using the resistance to build muscle) and a 10-minute mini water aerobics workout (mainly legs). My upper back is still bothering me. Ironically, the activity that stressed it most today was running the mixer as I made oatmeal cookies (for my aunt and uncle's birthday celebration). Perhaps this is a sign that I shouldn't bake?

Rebecca, I hope your back eases up on you. I really struggle with my upper and lower back. I think it is due to the fact that my weight has shifted so much. I've lost it all on my back, but, still have a belly and big breasts....I hate back pain! Keep up the great work. 250 crunches! Wow! Lori
