GYM IS OPEN (Saturday)!

Good thing Lori leaves the gym key under the front mat. It's Saturday! Happy weekend to all. Hope the weather is somewhat decent wherever you are on this holiday weekend! I just finished a mile on the armbike. I will do a short walk when the weather cools down a bit. What did you do to move your body today? Kix

Thanks for opening the gym Kix! I didn't do any exercise until the evening, then managed to get in a 4 miles walk. I got rained on the last mile, but, at least it was cool enough to walk! Lori
