Gym Is Open (Sunday)
I'm getting ready for my radio show today, then making food to take to a friend's for this evening. Don't know if I'll get exercise into my day or not. I will try and get in a walk as I'm doing my first 5k walk on 4th of July. It is 3.1 miles. I should easily do that, but, they tell me a good share of the course is an uphill walk!
