Working hard but feeling good

Hi everyone ive been a busy beaver since I joined my new demo company it really keeps me busy not just weekends any more but working through the week as well. I am on my 10 day straight now but actually feel good. My BP has been great since I started the meds no side effects and the doctor wrote in his notes my BP had to be taken with a large cuff to get a correct reading. He also wanted me to start on a new kind of insulin for two months then a week later go back to the WLS and show them the drop in weight,drop in BP and drop in blood sugar. BUT>>>>>>>>I am having a hard time getting the new insulin pre approved from the insurance company OMG I am sticking with my weigh****chers still very happy with it. Still loosing not been able to get to the health club but I am being very active setting up my table and taken down packing the car going and leaving. Actually I was thinking about how I was feeling and I am feeling so good must be the increase of activity. Been a little bad with the smokes but not too bad just when I get stressed maybe have a smoke once a week and or month. Yesterday after work I wanted to smoke sooo bad but instead bought a popsicle and ate that on the way home it helped alot. Gotta go but love ya all and wanted to check in. Annie

Hi Annie, Glad to hear that you are busy working and keeping yourself very busy. This will truly help you while you are a "lady in wating". It sounds like all your doctors are being proactive enough to dot their "i's" and cross their "t's" on your behalf. Why won't the insurance co. o.k. you new insulin??? We pay out so much each month for our prescriptions now. I can't wait till I can go off of these last two meds that I am on. Unfortunately, whenever I get to go off of one....my husband invaribly gets a new med to replace the one I had gone$$$. My hubby has MS and type 2 diabetes..what a combo. Just wanted to give ya a shout out from HOT AZ. I am polishing up my angel wings for ya cause they were alittle dusty from non-use. Hugs to ya Annie! Ginger
